Arizona Relay Service - How to use our service
Making a call through AZRS is easy as 1, 2, 3 - literally! Every time you use AZRS, simply remember these three steps.
- Call the AZRS number of the service you seek,
- Give the Communication Assistant the number you wish to call, and
- Wait for the Communication Assistant to connect your call.
Yep, it's that simple! You can access the AZRS via any of the following toll-free numbers at right. For detailed instructions, click on any of them.
A new and more effective way to contact AZRS simply dial 7-1-1 to connect to AZRS. Using 7-1-1 will make the process of placing relay calls more efficient.
7-1-1 is not an emergency number and should not be confused with 9-1-1 for emergency calls. In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1 directly to get help faster.
